Return Policy & Warranty

Customer service is a top priority at 513 Inc. You may return defective items within 30 days from the received date, as indicated by your tracking information. All returns must be approved by our customer service team, so please contact us before sending any items back. Items received without prior approval will not be accounted for and will be properly disposed of.

Our policy covers any manufacturer-defective items, dead-on-arrival (DOA) items, and items that do not match the listing on our website. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not covered. If you're unsure how to use a product, feel free to contact us for guidance. We're always happy to help.

For sanitary reasons and the safety of our customers and staff, we DO NOT accept returns of the following items:

  • Atomizers
  • Clearomizers
  • Cartomizers
  • Bottled liquids
  • Drip tips
  • Batteries
  • Wicks, wires
  • All CBD products

Please note that return shipping is not pre-paid, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless you received the wrong item(s) or a DOA product. In such cases, a return label will be provided. Please return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipped date after contacting us.

Once we receive your return, our Returns Department will inspect and test the merchandise. If found defective, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, as long as the product is available. If it is not available, you will have the option of a store credit or a refund to your original form of payment. If the merchandise is determined to be fully functional, we reserve the right to return the item or issue a store credit.

Please ensure that all parts that came with your item are included in the return, especially for starter kits and sets. If possible, please return the original packaging.

All returns are subject to case-by-case exceptions. If you encounter issues with your item(s), please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

How to Return to 513 Inc.:

  • Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  • Please allow up to 10 days from the date of shipment for your return to be processed. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
